User Type

A class of users that are treated the same by the system.

The system comes pre-configured with the following set of user types:

Superuser

Staff

Reviewer

Applicant

Contributor

Each user type comes pre-configured with a set of default permissions.

Those default user types, with the exception of the Superuser, can be modified or deleted and new user types can be created and added to the system.
